Cairo Standard Shipping
For standard shipping to destinations within Cairo, please allow 1-2 business days for order delivery from the date the package is shipped.
In-store Delivery
Customers have the option to collect their orders from Arabia physical store. Please refer to our store address found at the site footer and contact our customer service for in-store delivery coordination.
Domestic Shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped to destinations inside Egypt the following business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for order delivery from the date the package is shipped.
Delivery Days
Orders are generally delivered Sunday - Thursday (excluding holidays) during business hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Exceptions can always be coordinated with Arabia customer care.
In-store delivery, for customers willing to collect their orders from our physical store, is available Sunday - Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).
Special Orders
Special order items are normally delivered within 2-4 weeks after placing the order.
Shipping to a different address
You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address. The billing address must match the address on file with the credit card used at the time of purchase.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside Egypt.
